This song was written by Paul McCartney wrote this and performed on all the instruments except for drums. He started writing while on vacation in India, he saw 2 monkeys having sex in the road and thought about why people have to make such a huge deal about sex.
Although John and Mal Evans incorrectly claimed that Paul did everything himself on the song, this was not the case, and after John said that he was hurt about not taking part in its recording, Paul denied purposely excluding him or George and stated that the guitarists were occupied with finishing something and only Ringo was available, so he brought him into Studio 3 to complete work on the song.
