The Apple Boutique was a retail store founded by The Beatles as one of the first ventures of their Apple Corps. company. Though it was a Beatles venture, the store and most of its inventory were created by The Fool, a group of Dutch artists and fashion designers, who were friends of The Beatles. The store opened on December 8, 1967 to much fanfare, but closed less 8 months later on July 30, 1968. The store was located at 94 Baker Street in London.
